PLAY WITH THE BEST
Lady Rangers FC are proud to continue our membership in the Development Player League (DPL) for the 2023-2024 season.
The Developmental Player League is the highest level of soccer for girls ages 13-19. Our Coaches will focus on winning and ensuring our players are on path to compete professionally and collegiately.
PLAYER’S MENTALITY
The ideal play for the National Academy League is interested in playing professionally or collegiately. They possess a work hard mentality and a want to get better every day, which will lead to finding a spot in the club.
COMPETITION
18 clubs are registered in the southeast region. Among those clubs are IMG (FLA), Tophat (FLA), Inter-Atlanta (GA). Travel will include games in FL and GA.
DPL MISSION
“We believe through superior experiences, players will be able to showcase their talent, discover collegiate opportunities and create community around the game…”
COACHING STAFF
Our Lady Rangers coaching staff boasts USSF Grade A License coaches who have previous coaching experience internationally and collegiately.
WHERE DOES THE DPL FIT IN?
DPL fulfills another step in our mission to create additional opportunities for our players to develop and to play in college, and beyond if they wish. The DPL will allow more girls within our club and local area to be part of a proud and proven platform to help girls reach their long-term development goals. The league believes in a philosophy “where nothing is given and everything is earned”, which fits the Rangers’ core philosophy. The league provides a pathway for exposure for our older players to college coaches through league play and showcases.
We will field our first teams in this league in the U13-U18 age groups. The DPL is a standards-driven national league that is connected to the Girls Academy (GA). The league will provide an excellent pathway for exposure for our older players to college coaches through league play and showcases. As part of the Girls Academy system, DPL clubs can advance into the GA and that will be a future objective of ours.
The DPL Florida division is easily one of the strongest and most competitive leagues in the state providing our players with high level competition every week. DPL Florida includes the following teams:
· Pinecrest
· Florida United Soccer Club
· Palm Beach Gardens
· Sunrise Soccer Club
· Cape Coral
· Azzurri
· Liverpool IA
· IMG
· West Florida Flames
· Florida Hawks FC
· Gainesville Soccer Alliance
The DPL is a true National League providing our players opportunities to play some of the biggest and best soccer clubs outside of the state. Our DPL teams have played clubs such as:
· Tophat (Atlanta, GA)
· Southern Soccer Academy (Atlanta, GA)
· San Diego Force
· Sand Diego Surf
· Colorado Rush
· Albion SC Las Vegas
· KC Legends
· Mississippi Rush
· Legend FC
· NEFC
Through the DPL, regular season and showcase events, our teams play more than 20 highly competitive matches per season, in addition to other tournament and college showcase events. The DPL also crowns a National Champion in each age group with an end of season college showcase and playoff event. This season many of our teams will travel to Dallas, Texas to attend the event.
The DPL not only offers a pathway to the Girls Academy but provides our players with a high quality and highly competitive soccer development experience that is on par with the best leagues in the country.

VOLUNTEER FEES
2024/2025 VOLUNTEER FEES-
Rangers relies heavily on the support of volunteers to help us achieve our mission and provide value to all members. However, we have been experiencing difficulties in recruiting volunteers for our programs over the last year. We initially set our volunteer fees at a lower price of $100.00, hoping to make it more accessible for everyone to participate in our programs. Unfortunately, we did not get enough volunteers at that price to support our programs effectively.
-
After careful consideration, we have decided to raise the volunteer fee to continue to provide quality programs and services. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to some families, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. However, we believe that the higher fee will encourage more participation and allow us to recruit more volunteers to support our programs. We also want to assure you that the fees collected will be used to cover program costs and expenses, such as field maintenance, equipment, supplies, and Gala planning.
-
We also want to let you know that volunteers who participate in our programs will have the opportunity to earn back their volunteer fee. Volunteers who complete 10 hours of service may be eligible for a full fee refund. We hope that this incentive will encourage more families to participate and support our programs.
